How do I track my campaigns in the DSP?

Basics
To track your campaigns and see all the data, please go to Reports from your dashboard.
Once you’re there, you will see a filter with which you can search for campaigns

The first and most basic filter is time range. You can choose your time range, or you can select one of the predefined:
Today YesterdayLast 7 Days (including today)Last 30 Days (including today)This month (from the 1st day of the current month)Last month (from the 1st day to the last day of the previous month)
Advanced filters are:

Columns
To have a deeper look into your campaigns, we can adjust the columns you want to see when looking at a report.
After setting up all of your filters, you can set up columns.

The Default columns are: 
Campaign ID – The Unique ID of your campaignCampaign – Your campaign name(Campaign) type – Ad format (Push, Contextual ad)CTR – Clickthrough rate – the number of clicks your ad receives divided by the number of times your ad is shownImpressions – A number that indicates how many times your ad has shown to the userClicks – A Number that shows how many times a user clicked on your adConversions – A number of actions you define as valuable to your businessSpent – Cost Per Click multiplied with the number of clicks
If you wish to change any of these, it can be done quickly by ticking or unticking these fields.
Other columns you can add to your report are the following:

Advertising plays a crucial role in the website monetization. Due to that fact, website owners must know how to discover the appropriate number of ads that should be shown per webpage. In addition to that, content is also very important for the website monetization and therefore, it should be unique and interesting in order to attract more visitors to your webpage.
Many publishers believe that more ad placements are profitable and that they bring more ad revenue. However, this is not the case since the number of ads that you show per one page should be highly correlated with your content. In other words, balance between content and ads brings better user experience and higher ad inventory’s value. 
This balance is very important because if number of ads goes beyond your content (i.e., if you put too many ads on your website) several troubles can occur:
Less amount of revenue that site generatesLess return visitsLess pages per visitWebsite would be slowerDeclining clicks and impressions
However, there are no limitations on how many ads you can show on your webpage, but we highly recommend that, due to the reasons mentioned above, you should carefully examine the appropriate number of ads for your website. 
There is no correct answer on how many ads can be shown on a website because it depends on several factors such as: layout of the webpage, length of content, content quality and user behavior with regards to page views per day and session duration. Session duration shows the amount of time that the average user spends on the website. 
To conclude with, you should tend to focus on the quality of the content shown on the website rather than increasing the number of ads. You need to keep in mind that a website with an excessive number of ads disinterests and rejects visitors while, on the other hand, good quality content on the website attracts and brings more users who come to your website. 
Disproportionate number of ads damages the ad revenue, the quality of the website and consequently, the user experience.

Net15 payments for new publishers 2. For established publishers, the payment can be provided on Net7 and Net15, with a possible hold for 2-4 business days.

If you have already created an account, it is time to top it up with the money, and start running campaigns. 
Luckily, it is really easy to do that through Coinis DSP. 
Finances – Add Funds
Open finances tab on the left side, and the click Add Funds. 
Options
There, you will see this screen. 
It shows 3 options with which you can top up your account:

Debit Card
Paypal
Wire Transfer
Payoneer

After that, you have four predefined options to choose which amount of money you would like to top in, but you can also type a custom amount. 
Promo code:
If there is an active promo code, you will probably be informed from the side of your advertiser manager or through our marketing activities. 
If there is no promo code active, please leave this field blank.
Minimum deposit amount
Minimum deposit amount on Coinis DSP is $100. 
Payments options
The minimum amount to pay through Wire Transfer is $1000, while for Paypal and Debit Card, it is $100. 
Debit card

All you need to do to pay with Debit Card is to input all the necessary data and click “Pay Now”. Funds will be immediately visible on your account. 
Paypal
To Pay through Paypal, choose how much money you want to top up and click Pay Now. 
After clicking, you will be redirected to PayPal to input the necessary data. 
Wire Transfer

To pay via Wire Transfer, you need to put the amount you want to pay (minimum is $1000), and click on “Get Proforma Invoice”. 
Proforma Invoice will be generated for you, with which you can make a payment. It usually takes a couple of business days for funds to get into your account.
Payoneer
To pay via Payoneer, the procedure is almost the same as for Wire payments. Just put the amount you want to pay, and click on “Get Proforma Invoice”.
Proforma Invoice will be generated for you, where you will have Payoneer payment instructions.

How to change bids per source

So, you started a campaign, had some results, and started optimizing. 
One thing you will, for sure, want to optimize are sources. You will Exclude all the sources that are not profitable for you after some time. 
But, on the other hand, you will have many profitable sources, some more and some less.
In that case, you can change bids accordingly to the profitability of the sources. You can lower or raise the price of each source separately. 
Change the price
To do that, you must go to the “Reports” page, select a campaign you want to optimize sources, click on a small “+” sign to expand the column, and see all sources for your campaign. 
Click on the “+” sign to see all sources
After clicking there, we will get all the sources from which this campaign is getting the traffic:

Now, we want to change a bid for source “3” because it is extremely profitable for us, and we want to get more traffic from that source. 
To do that, on the row where source “3” is, we just need to click on the “+” in CPC column.

Each click on the “+” button will increase the bid for a certain percentage. 
So, it goes up by 9%, 21%, 33%, 45%, 61% and so on…
The same thing is for lowering the bid. You click on the “-” sign and lower the bid by a certain percentage each time. 
In this concrete example, the bid for source “3” currently is $0.133, while the campaign bid is $0.1.

How to create a global blacklist?

First, let’s see what a global blacklist is and what it does. 
A global blacklist is a list of sources from which you don’t want to receive traffic on any of your campaigns. 
Example
Let’s say you put source “11111” to your global blacklist. That means that you won’t receive traffic from that source to previously created or newly created campaigns. It’s blocked globally on your account.
It will be blocked globally on the account until you remove it from the global blacklist. 
A global blacklist is different from a list (local list) because you choose on which campaigns you want to add a local list, while a global blacklist is added to all campaigns by default.
Now that we know what a global blacklist is let’s see how to add it.
How to add a global blacklist?
To add it, go to the “Lists” page.

There, you will see it’s created for you by default. All you can do is Edit it. So, to edit it, click on a small pen icon.

After clicking on the pen icon, you will see this. So, here, you can add all the sources you would not want to receive traffic from on any of your campaigns. 
On the right side, you can see all the campaigns it is applied to; on the left, you can add sources.

Here, I have added five sources to a global blacklist. The campaign called “Campaign #1” or any campaigns that we create in the future won’t receive any more traffic from sources “11111”, “22222”, “33333”, “44444”, “55555”.
After you’re done with adding sources, click “Save Global List”.

After that, you will see how many sources you have on the global blacklist and how many campaigns are affected by the global blacklist.
How to remove a global blacklist from campaigns
Let’s say that, for some reason, you want to remove a global blacklist. 
To do that, when creating a campaign, go to SubIDs & Placements. There, you will see this:

By default, the global blacklist is applied to your campaign. To remove it, all you need to do is to click a small “x” icon next to it.

In this case, I have removed a global blacklist and will receive traffic from sources in the global blacklist.

How to create a push campaign?

To create your first push campaign, login with your account details, and press “Start New Campaign”.

Here, you can start working on your campaign. 
On the left side, there is a small navigation menu. On the right, there are all the informations about your current campaign. 
First, you need to enter the campaign name. Let’s call it: “Your First Push Campaign”.
Then, choose campaign vertical. Please note that this field is only for description purposes, and DOES NOT have any impact on campaign performance. 
Geo targetting
In geo targetting, you can choose which country you want to target. You can either choose one country, or worldwide (targetting all countries).

Device Type

Then, you can choose which device type you would like to target. You can choose if you want to target:

Only mobile
Only desktop
Both mobile and desktop

Operating System

In browser targetting, you can choose which browser you would like to target. To check browser targeting in detail, click here.
User freshness
User freshness on the Coinis Advertising Platform represents the time elapsed since the user has opted-in to receive push notifications.
It is essential to understand user freshness in the right way so that you can optimize your campaigns.

Timing
In Timing section, you can choose during which hours during the day, you want your campaign to receive traffic, and in which hours you do not want.

Frequency Capping
Frequency capping is a feature that determines how many times will an ad be shown to the same user in the given dataframe. 
For example, if you set frequency cap like this:

this means that your ad will be shown to one user once in 24 hours.
After 24hours, your ad will be shown to the same user again.
On our platform you can choose to:

use frequency capping to cap 1 impression per one user in:

6 hours
12 hours
18 hours
24 hours

SubID & Placements
Excluding sources is a pretty easy task on Coinis Advertising Platform, because we made it so.

It’s not necessary to know how to create a global blacklist and local lists, but it can help a lot when creating a campaign and managing many campaigns.
How to create a whitelist/blacklist campaign
There are several ways to do this, and we will show you all of them now. 
Creating a campaign with a blacklist:
When creating a campaign, go to SubIDs & Placements.

To make a blacklist, make sure that you have “I want to Exclude the following SubIDs and lists in targeting” selected.
A global blacklist is selected by default. By clicking on a small “x” icon, you can remove it. But since we usually keep it in our campaigns, we will leave it here.

Now that we added this list also, we have blacklisted all:

sources from a global blacklist
sources from a local list called “Coinis Blacklist”

Besides these two lists, we can also exclude individual sources.
