From Ideas to Impact: Coinis Supporting Young Innovators

At Coinis, we believe that true business growth is measured by the impact we create. As a company that thrives in the world of digital technology, we recognize the importance of staying grounded in purpose. That’s why social responsibility is a significant part of our company culture.

Over the years, Coinis has been actively involved in supporting young innovators, particularly students and early-stage entrepreneurs, who show passion, initiative, and a desire to solve real-world problems through creativity and hard work.

Many of the initiatives we support are developed through educational programs led by Junior Achievement Worldwide, one of the world’s largest and most influential non-profit organizations focused on entrepreneurship, financial literacy, and career readiness among youth. With a presence in over 100 countries and more than 10 million students reached annually, Junior Achievement has been nominated for the 2025 Nobel Peace Prize for its contribution to empowering young people to become independent, responsible, and active members of their communities. In Montenegro, these activities are led by JA Montenegro.

JA Montenegro’s impact has been rapid and meaningful: after officially joining JA Europe and JA Worldwide in late 2023, JA Montenegro accredited entrepreneurship curricula, trained hundreds of teachers, engaged hundreds of students and student-led start-ups, and secured 1st place in the Global Innovation Challenge EMEA 2021.

Coinis aligned with JA Montenegro supports innovative and creative young people to achieve their goals.

This support comes in the form of mentorship, hands-on feedback, technical advice, and strategic direction. By guiding them through the process of developing a viable business model, improving their communication, or scaling their product, we are investing in their future and the future of our communities.

Two such inspiring examples are EngineClip and Woolish, youth-driven projects that tackle both technological and social challenges in remarkable ways.

EngineClip: Building Bridges in the Construction Industry

EngineClip is a creation of three engineering students from Montenegro. The idea was simple yet powerful: centralize all stakeholders involved in construction projects: engineers, designers, investors, legal experts, documentation and paperwork into one unified digital platform.

They created a software solution capable of streamlining communication, tracking budgets, ensuring legal compliance, and integrating technical tools like CAD and BIM, all in one place.

What made EngineClip stand out to us was not just the idea, but the dedication and discipline behind it. The team had identified a genuine industry need and built a solution based on real experience. They weren’t just solving a problem, they were solving their future challenges as engineers.

Coinis stepped in to support their journey, not only as a software development partner, but also as a mentor and advisor. We worked closely with the team to:

  • Refine their product roadmap,
  • Prepare them for realistic go-to-market strategies,
  • And help them understand how to pitch their value to potential investors.

What started as a technical dream is now on its way to becoming a viable commercial platform. And for us, it’s deeply rewarding to know we played a role in helping young talent move from vision to execution.

Woolish: Where Empathy Meets Sustainability

Woolish is a student-led initiative launched by high school students from JUSMŠ “Danilo Kiš” from Budva, Montenegro. Their idea: to create handmade woolen toys and sensory pillows for children with autism, using untreated, locally sourced wool that would otherwise go to waste.

Their products are designed to calm children through gentle textures. But the philosophy behind them is profound.

Woolish addresses two neglected issues in one stroke: the need for sensory-friendly, emotionally supportive products for neurodiverse children, and the vast amount of discarded wool that damages the environment.

Given such a powerful story with an emotional background, it was more than a pleasure that we at Coinis stepped into a mentorship role for these young individuals.

We helped the Woolish team:

  • Understand branding and storytelling in a competitive market,
  • Learn how to structure a business and build partnerships,
  • Improve product-market fit and communication strategies,
  • And explore digital channels for outreach and e-commerce.

Woolish is now more than a school project. It’s a social enterprise in the making, rooted in values that go beyond profit.

Social Responsibility Is a Daily Practice, Not a Seasonal Event

At Coinis, our involvement with these types of projects is a continuous process. We actively seek out talent, engage in open conversations with students, and offer long-term mentorship. Whether it’s through hackathons, pitch competitions, or school programs, we stay close to the source of future innovation: young, passionate minds who dare to dream.

We assign experienced professionals from our team to mentor young founders, helping them break down complex problems into achievable goals.

We offer technical support and feedback on the projects that we are mentoring. Many young innovators struggle with how to present their ideas – here is where we jump in. We run workshops on storytelling, branding, and investor pitching.

Often underestimated, moral support is vital. We treat these young innovators not as interns or amateurs, but as future leaders.

Working with young creators reminds us of the pure excitement that comes from building something meaningful. Their questions challenge our assumptions. Their ideas inspire us.

A Long-Term Vision: Creating an Ecosystem of Empowerment

Social responsibility doesn’t stop when a project is launched. We envision a long-term ecosystem where Coinis continues to be a touchpoint for early-stage innovators.

Our region is full of untapped potential. What these students often lack is not intelligence or ambition, but structure and support. By positioning ourselves as a bridge between raw talent and real opportunity, we can shape a generation of professionals who build companies not just for profit, but for purpose.

Whether it’s developing next-generation tech like EngineClip or crafting emotionally intelligent products like Woolish, we’re here to help them think bigger, move faster, and stay true to their mission.

At Coinis, we are proud to stand beside those who are daring enough to create something from scratch, especially when that “something” makes life a little better for someone else.

Our journey with EngineClip and Woolish is just one part of a much bigger story, one where business success and social good walk hand in hand. Let’s build the future together!
