As an HR Assistant, you will support our HR team and company leaders in day-to-day HR operations and initiatives. This role is ideal for someone looking to grow their career in Human Resources. You'll gain hands-on experience across various HR areas—from onboarding and administration to internal communication and employee development support. Key Responsibilities:- Updating and maintaining employee records and documentation
- Assisting in organizing and coordinating onboarding processes for new employees
- Welcoming new team members and supporting their adaptation period
- Coordinating with admin, finance, and other teams on employee-related changes (e.g., role changes, benefits updates)
- Supporting offboarding processes by ensuring all administrative steps are completed when an employee leaves the company
- Updating and maintaining employee records and documentation
- Supporting performance and development processes by helping gather and organize relevant documentation (evaluations, PDPs, performance reviews…)
- Helping organize trainings, workshops, and team development activities
- Collecting employee feedback and directing it to the appropriate HR team members or departments
- Assisting in preparing internal HR reports, summaries, and presentations
- Providing general administrative and logistical support to the HR team
Job requirements
This position is perfect for you if:- You have a degree in HR, Business, Psychology, Law, or other related field
- You’ve got a year of experience in a similar role or in an administrative position – internships and trainee programs count too!
- You’re comfortable using English in both writing and conversation
- You have a sharp eye for details and like when things are done properly and by the book
- You’re organized, clear in communication, and like keeping things on track
- You know your way around MS Office – especially Excel basics
- You’re proactive, eager to learn, and enjoy working with others
- You know how to handle sensitive information with care and keep things confidential
Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor’s, Specialist’s or Master’s Degree in HR, Business, Psychology, Law, or other related field
Experience
- At least 1 year of experience in HR or an administrative role.
