We’re seeking an active, ambitious, and results-driven Junior Sales Development Representative Manager to join our sales team. This is an entry-level managerial role for a proactive “hunter” ready to build and scale the sales pipeline from the ground up in a high-energy environment.
About your position
In this role, you will play a key part in driving our business growth by identifying new opportunities, building strong pipelines and contributing to the expansion of our global client network:
- Active Hunting: Proactively identifying and pursuing new leads and business opportunities.
- Funnel Management: Building, managing, and optimizing the sales funnel to ensure consistent growth.
- Outbound Sales: Driving outbound efforts and closing deals through a hands-on approach.
- Market Analysis: Researching and monitoring financial and technological trends to stay ahead of global market shifts.
- Strategic Innovation: Initiating new outreach methods and proposing changes to improve overall acquisition performance.
- Brand Ambassadorship: Safeguarding the company’s image and reputation in both local and international markets.
Job requirements
Much of your time will be dedicated to the following activities:
- Proactively hunt for new leads and opportunities
- Build and manage the sales funnel
- Drive outbound sales efforts and close deals hands-on
Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor's, Specialist's or a Master's degree.
- English intermediate and up, other languages are appreciated
Experience
- This is an entry-level managerial role for a proactive “hunter” ready to build and scale the sales pipeline from the ground up in a high-energy environment.
