- Learn and apply advanced media buying strategies during our comprehensive training period.
- Set up and manage Facebook ad campaigns following project-specific guidelines.
- Create compelling ad creatives, including headlines, copy, and visuals, tailored to the target audience.
- Monitor campaign performance and learn how to optimize based on key performance metrics.
- Collaborate with the team to meet performance objectives and ensure the success of the internal project.
Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field
Experience
- Minimum of 1 year working with Facebook Ads, including campaign creation and optimization will be considered a strong plus, but we encourage you to apply even if you are a junior with passion to learn more about the topic.
- Passion for Digital Marketing: A strong desire to learn and grow in the field of media buying.
- Analytical Mindset: Ability to analyze performance metrics and make data-driven decisions.
- Attention to Detail: Accuracy in campaign setup and adherence to project guidelines.
- Team Player: Willingness to collaborate and contribute to team success.
Skills in order of relevance:
- Familiarity with Facebook Ads Manager, including campaign creation, audience targeting, and performance monitoring.
- Basic understanding of key advertising metrics like CPC, CTR, ROI, and ROAS.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and apply optimizations.
- Creativity in crafting ad copy and selecting visuals that engage target audiences.
- Effective time management and organizational skills to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with team members and follow instructions.
- A proactive mindset and eagerness to learn new strategies and tools in digital marketing.
- Familiarity with basic marketing principles and digital advertising trends is a plus.
