- Designing and developing assigned projects while ensuring high-quality, scalable, and maintainable code
- Assessing user needs and system requirements to define clear technical specifications.
- Staying up to date with emerging technologies and evaluating their potential impact on our ecosystem.
- Supporting and mentoring team members through code reviews and technical guidance.
- Collaborating across teams to enhance processes, optimize system performance, and contribute to technical decision-making.
Job requirements
- Proficient in English, both spoken and written.
- Advanced proficiency with HTML & CSS (including Tailwind CSS or similar utility-first CSS frameworks).
- Strong expertise with JavaScript, TypeScript, NodeJS, React, Astro and HTML templating engines (e.g. Nunjucks, Blade…).
- Proper understanding of Git (branching, pull requests, conflict resolution, best practices…).
- Experience with Docker for containerized development and deployment.
- Strong understanding of best coding practices, clean code principles, and performance optimization.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams.
- A strong sense of design and UX, able to translate concepts into polished, production-ready interfaces without relying on detailed mockups for every minor feature.
- Solid understanding of search engine optimization (SEO) principles, including semantic HTML, accessibility, meta tags, and performance considerations.

Qualifications
Education
Bachelor’s, Specialist’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science or a technology-related field.Experience
- 5+ years of experience in web development including analysis, design, coding, and testing.
